My short (but long in time) experience solo galleoning

Before anyone says anything solo galleoning, I know, I did it for the lols.
So I was doing some low level gold hoarder voyages, had myself a nice haul. A reaper emissary brig passed me by at Shark Bait Cove not bothering me at all surprisingly, they later came back around after starting a fight with a skelly galleon so I helped them out when I had shots. Didn't take any of that loot, so they left and I went about my business. A few islands later I was at Castaway Isle, my galleon parked right next to it, another skeleton galleon came barreling towards my ship almost ramming but turning in time, not actually aggroed on me. The skeletons took issue with the fact that my stationary galleon almost rammed them and started attacking. Having previously attempting to fight one of those ships solo in a sloop, I knew I wouldn't stand much of a chance so I ran, or tried to since they had anchor balls. A few seconds later despite my attempts to bail water my ship sank. And I failed to recover any of the treasure I collected.
Yeah, that was fun XD
