Legend of the Veil Treasure Chests despawning loot inside

    The new Ancient and normal treasure chests that you get during the LotV voyage are "eating" the new athena items after a certain amount of time.

    • this only happens with chests obtained through this voyage from completing a chapter, not the random treasure chests you find on random islands.
    • this only happens to the new Athena items, not the old ones.

    After sailing around and stacking the items for some hours, preparing everything in these stone and wooden chests we obtained during the time on our bowsprit, we found that 50% of the wooden chests and 100% of the stone chests had eaten their content.

    We did it several days now and it can be repeated. Its not a one time random thing but happened every single day until we stopped, took all treasure out of these chests and threw them overboard immediately. We only transport the items in the random wooden treasure chests that we find along the way, those chests do not have this bug and items can be safely stored.

    So in case you wondered where all your trinkets went: They're despawned from inside the chests. Try it out yourself!

    @axecaliburtv nothing new there. Used to be if you sunk someone and stole their TT chests, and put stuff inside, if they logged off the chest would disappear with its contents.

    Everyone I play with is accustomed to emptying all these types of chests and throwing them in a pile. Only grabbing them again to use them to sell.

    I have not seen this behaviour since the last few thousand hours. Thats why I assumed it has been fixed in an update some day. But this right here is a new one, 100% reproduceable disappearance of your own loot. This is definitely new for me in such an extend.

    I got the same Problem a couple of times when I did the new athena voyage.
    All the new athena items just disappeared into thin air when we put them in the acient treasure chests.
    I realy hope you will fix this bug because its just unfair to lose loot because of bugs inside the game.

    Please RARE fix it.

    Same here
    i thought i was crazy when a mate told me : "hey the loot just disappeared "
    we had stacked quite a bit for commendation what a pitty ;(

    Yes indeed, it now happend to me so many times, today it happend with 3 of those soul bottles in a wooden treasure chest from the shipwreck graveyard. I was so happy with 3 of the most (for me) rare veil items. And floop its gone. Please RARE fix this
