Glitches and Crashes after Update

I have no idea what happened and how to fix the current issue, but since the recent update my game has been glitching/bugging out badly to a point where it crashes my entire pc!
It seems to be mostly fine but when at Reapers Hideout or doing Forts it freaks out and crashes.
Besides that there are horrendous loading times when leaving the ferry to get back on the ship and whenever we sunk players I was still able to hear them talk for quite a while, it does stop though when we leave the area that they were sunk at.
