Ok, It is one thing to be constantly camped or spawn camped and capable of scuttling ship, There should be a way to shift server without logging out and back in. It sucks when you have quests you're earned and are trying to do or want to do but have to shift servers to do them because the same people keep coming at you or the server is overly aggressive and you are incapable of doing them because of this. Before the "pirates" or "it's a thief game" group complain, I am referring to hey no matter where I go I am getting a Galleon or brig chase me on my sloop and its frustrating because I already wasted an hour trying to get away last time from them.
The best way to balance this is your ship needs to be scuttled or sunk by players a set amount of time before it is even an option. It will respawn ship on new server BUT only thing you keep are your quests and things you normally keep when your ship is respawned in. You cant take your loot full ship just the quests you found.
