After docking your ship it would be nice to have a way to bulk move your treasure to the vendors to sell, like loading up a cart. Instead of having to carry each chest or piece one by one.
Cart or method for transporting treasures at ports
@musicmee Let's not forget that the Harpoon Rowboat is something you have to be fortunate enough to encounter and dock onto your ship, which if you have a large pile of loot on board, can prove to be more risky than just selling normally at the outpost and watching the horizons.

Currently you can find a harpoon rowboat and pull your treasure up.
Having a cart available would make it too easy.
Part of taking in treasure piece by piece is the risk/reward. If you stacked for 4 hours, you better plan to sell before someone comes over. If you stacked for a fort or two, this isn't that big of an issue.
It is fine as is IMO.

Everything is easy in this game aside from PvP.
If Iām stacking loot Iām going to have a harpoon rowboat before I sell, thatās common sense.
Realistically, if you are chasing a ship that is attempting to panic sell at an outpost they will NOT have time to even think about using the op cart.
The op cart is just meant to reduce the mundane back and forth trips to your ship that is all.
All I see is anti new ideas here. Itās so depressing.
This cart would make it easier yes. I think it goes against the risk/reward that Rare has when people choose to stack a lot of loot. You will have to sell all of it. Currently, you can use your harpoon rowboat if you find one. I don't think people should be able to use a cart at an outpost to sell faster. This is just a waste of resources to develop IMO. Plus, lets be honest. It would just make alliance servers that much broken.
I don't think they should use resources for making a cart so players can sell their treasure faster.
I'm anti bad / waste of resources ideas.

Okay buddy. Iāll use my harpoon rowboat. Thanks for making the final decision for all of us.
I know you will. I'm not making a decision for anyone. Someone posted their feedback on here. I feel that Rare should not devote resources towards developing a cart because of the reasons I already stated.
I think a little cart would be nice, but maybe a bit useless tbh.
I assume it could act like a collectors chest, but for large loot items.
But tbh, by the time if loaded my loot off the boat and on to a cart, I may as well have just run.
The rowboat is useful because you can fill it up while sailing. The same is not true for a cart.
@mintharp184509 No one is shooting down ideas matey... just providing counterarguments/ideas/suggestions...
It's all part of discussion and debate...
Please be careful with your tone when speaking to other members of the community, they too are free to discuss and object to ideas as much as people are allowed to suggest feratures.
As long as we all stick to the Pirate Code and Community Code of Conduct everything is fair game :)

The model for said cart already exists in game.
Iāve seen one at Sunken Grove and Fetcherās Rest for sure.
But continue to shoot down anything that would actually improve the experience for most if not all players.
I recognize that being able to sell loot faster would be a nice QoL feature for most if not all players.
It goes against the choice and risk players make with the amount of treasure they collect in a play session. You eventually have to sell it all. This reduces the risk of someone potentially coming up on you and stealing your treasure because you can sell it faster. The main part of this game is that someone can come up and be a thief. Having someone running a treasure cart goes against that and only helps the PvE side.
Now is there a middle ground here? Probably.
Maybe make it RNG like a rowboat. It attaches to the side of the ship and you have to park your ship correctly to drop it on the dock. Other players can detach it, destroy it, etc.
However, I still don't think resources should be devoted to this. I can have that opinion bud.
I think the harpoon rowboat does a better job of being a chance you can have an easier opportunity to offload your treasure at the outpost, instead of immediate gratification, it should be earn-able. That's why most people are against this idea primarily, it already exists, but as a chance encounter and not something you get to have the privilege of using at an outpost when you arrive at the outpost.
