Talk to Tom once he's freed

    Is anybody else having trouble finding Tom in the sea forts? I've spoken to every other prisoner and have completed each fort probably 5+ times. Anyone have any tips on where they found Tom? It's my last commendation for the adventure and its irking me.

    I got them all, my wife did it only yesterday and has them all but Emily. It is just RNG and sounds like you're having an unfortunate string of luck with it. All you can really do is keep trying to churn through more Forts til you get who you need. I hope your luck turns soon.

    Tom was my last hold out as well, he is positioned as the sitting character in front of the cell door in case you are checking before clearing the fort. Good luck!
