Costume emotes not working

I submitted a support ticket but all they said was to use the forums for help

So glad the support crew told me to go to the forums for help, because the forums are so helpful

I haven't got a clue why Support would send you to the forums for this issue. Perhaps they misunderstood your question.

What I said..

"Costume emotes are not working for me. I see the option for them, but there is no button prompt to actually use them"

What they responded with...
