Well, we completed it twice. The first time it didn’t count and we were furious, second time we did it. It counted for the commendation but the items are still locked saying we need to complete it again. When we go to belle* she just says to start chapter 2, I know it shows you need to speak with each individual, maybe there’s a bug of some sort blocking the items? Or am I missing something.

@mintharp184509 yes I grabbed the quest from larinna. [begin adventure] I’m ready to speak with belle option. I can even start up twitch to record everything.
I’m gonna try for the third time with my crew if it doesn’t work I’m saying screw it with this chapter
I have all my deeds done talking to everyone in the cell. Sold the item to belle and hit 3 forts in different regions. It pops up I’ve completed the story and the Sword is locked.
The user flow of adventures is very, very bad. It exits you from the NPC dialog, then you must enter it again. And click Complete. Today, we had to click Complete two times in order to actually complete the adventure, and get the cutlass.
Be sure you keep going back into Belle's dialog as often as you have to to COMPLETE it, until it works.
Rare does need to work this out.
@lethality1 I didn’t know this thanks for this information. Now I can actually go try for the third time and I’ll keep hitting her dialogue until it shows.
I knew there was something going on after the second try. Because the other sloop had the same issue. He quit right after he didn’t get the sword.
