adventure details cant be shown and seasonal stuff unavailable

  • I play on Xbox Companion App via PC, and when scrolling to adventures, or season progress in the pirate log, it will say "Error, adventure details can't be shown right now" and "Seasonal progress unavailable", respectively. This developed since i started playing the game which is a month ago or something and i tried alot of things and nothing has changed. Additionally, when talking to NPCs and accessing shops/company offers, it will often give me the "Inventory not available at this time" message, which is really frustrating.

    does anyone have any idea what the issue could be?

  • You could try rebooting your modem and router if you haven't done so in awhile.

    Whenever you try to open the season or stores, the game tries to connect to a different data server and pull this information. If it's timing out or you're dropping packets, it might give up and display the default "not available" messages.
