I play sea of thieves on pc I explain my problem once a game is started I go to the ship customization chest once I log out to restart another game my ship is again by default there is no Any chance to save this? thank you :)

On top of that it would be complicated to allow a player to have a ship that saves their cosmetics but also allow other non "captain" players to update the ships look like the game currently supports, imagine if you could save the current ship set for the next time you login and it saves store cosmetics that you personally don't own but another player in your crew put on or even just non MTX cosmetics that take tons of grinding and leveling. That said, if they ever added the captaincy update that allowed you to set up your own custom ship with it's pre-set cosmetics and ship name (maybe even have different ship bodies to diversify normal ships from captaincy ships) then maybe we could see player saved ships being a thing, but captaincy has been a talk ever since the game came out amongst the community but Rare themselves haven't even acknowledged it's still in development or if it got scrapped.

As others have already pointed out, customized ship sets do not carry over from one play session to another. That is because each session is unique within the "world" of Sea of Thieves.
Maybe one day we'll get some sort of favorites feature where we can select and add our own personal favorites to this tab allowing for quicker access from session to session. For now however, we just need to equip at the start.

The ship remains the duo's, you who chose not to call anyone.
The problem with developing games, programs, applications or anything similar is precisely this: everything is simple for those who don't know how to do it. Sometimes they didn't do it simply because they couldn't.
