Are there less roaming skeleton ships?

    I just got back into the game kind of with this new update and have noticed there are like.... next to no roaming skeleton ships in the world? Personally I haven't spotted any at all since the update, I liked being able to passively work on the legend of the sea of thieves title while I grind other voyages so not seeing any now is kind of disappointing, I know they said in the patch notes that they've consolidated the skeleton ship world event to one location on the map but didn't see anything about spawn rates for roaming ships? Has anyone seen a roaming skele ship since the update? Am I just really unlucky?

    It's a bug. Rare is looking into it.

    They said in release notes for season 6 that fleets will now occur in the middle of the world. I think they accidently made skeleton ships to spawn there too. I also didn't find many skeleton ships.

    Agree no skellies and I haven't seen a meg for ages

    @clownpoison I can confirm that megs and krakens are still around just more rare than they used to be, wouldn't hope for a shrouded ghost in your lifetime if they kept these rates lol

    No skeleton fleet events have spawned and no random skellies the last 4 days I've played. I've missed those little
    bone heads. I need them for those barnacle chests, you know.

    I had 2 Meg spawns today though, so they are still out there lurking the deep. Got one barnacle chest from the first.

    @rikjaxx Yeah now that you mention it I don't think I've spotted a fleet event either.... I wouldn't mind if Rare "accidently" fixed the skeletons to be more common than ever after they update the spawns ;)

    I haven't seen any raoming skellie ships and none have spawned on em either? I hope rare fixes it

    @schwammlgott I’ve seen a few but not nearly as many as I used to. Also haven’t had any spawn on my ship.
