I couldn't find the proper place to open a ticket. So, only today I noticed the "Custom Server" option while in the pre-adventure screen. So, I just put 123456, hit enter, it failed to find/join (as expected), but then the game went all the way back to the login, the one before the intro animation plays. It also took twice as long to finally get back to the prepping screen. I just want this to be fixed, there's no reason for a failure to join a custom server to "log out" of the game, just send back to the prep screen.

@thebonesinger I mean, if you a leave a game it’ll send you back to the menu. Not sure why that’s an issue if you can just skip the opening cutscene.

The thing is that I tried that option while I was in the prep screen, the one where you choose Adventure, Set Sail and whatnot, before you choose open/closed crew. I wasn't in the game proper. What really bothered me was that it took even longer to get back to the prep screen than the first time around. I was already connected, but simply failing to join a custom server, which I tried out of curiosity, booted my connection@thebonesinger seems odd. I’ve failed to join a custom server before and haven’t had any issues. Although it seems your situation could be easily avoided.
