Hear game chat while in xbox party chat on console

    Please add the feature on xbox where you can listen to game chat while being in xbox party chat. I know it’s already possible on PC and other xbox games.

    Would be nice, yes...but this is an XBox/Microsoft thing, not a Rare/SoT thing

    @schwammlgott its not an xbox/microsoft thing because it’s already possible on other games. Rogue Company has this feature on xbox already

    so i have a problem im trying to find out how to fix but a few days ago my in game chat wont work for me, i cant hear anyone and no one can hear me but my mic works in a xbox party just not working in game... how come? is there a way to fix this?????

    Yeah this is annoying. They should be able to hear you and you them but also be able to hear friends in your party :((

    It would probably save a few lives too. I've had to put down too many xbox sailors that couldn't hear so they open fire lol

    You actually can hear the game chat... but they can't hear you. It is a bit annoying and it was confusing for me for the longest time, as nothing warns you that is not a glitch of some kind.

    If it can't be changed—there's also some advantage in keeping your party chat inaudible for other crews—at least there should be a way to change between channels that's quicker. It takes too long, and in some situations, one second of not reacting can mean bloodshed that perhaps a few words would've avoided.

    There is a proximity chat translator that I use on console. It is very useful if they crew is spamming DONT SHOOT WE ARE FRIENDLY. I'll see if I can find the setting for you but if I hear anything on that the channel I leave the Xbox party and switch to proxy

    Sorry for digging up this 2y old Post but maybe you guys can Help me.
    I Met someone today playing on xbox and beeing inside xbox party Chat. He was able to listen to me ingame while beeing in the party listening to his mate. He couldnt answer (only by Chat) and i wonder... How xD
    My girlfriend can do it aswell, but shes on PC.
    Everytime im in Xbox Party Chat the whole ingame voice chat is muted for me. I May messed up some setting or anything(?)
    I know i can Turn in this text thingy that spamms my Chat with Sometimes realy Strange Translation, but yeah... I dont want this.
    If i want to hear other crews i Always have to Open the Party and Swap to ingame. Even if i cant speak to them right away, beeing able to hear them might change some encounters ^^ thanks for the help
