Zip line

    Maybe using the harpoon rope as a zip line could be possible. Climbing up maybe but a fast travel on a decline for sure. Possibly even use the rope to send treasure/loot back to ship.

    If it's on the ship it would be kind of useless as the ship is usually lower than anywhere else. Being on the island, I don't see the need, his range is small for this type of activity.

    It would be cool if a system could tell the angle of the line compared to the force of gravity and give you a related speed on said zipline. As an example, you could go on Thieves Haven and shoot the harpoon upward to give the crew a way back on the ship without having to go to a spot where they could jump in the water.

    Because of water and sword lunging, it's really not a big deal. But it could be a cool addition.

    Either way just a thought. I was doing shroud breaker when i thought of it. Mot much for getting from the ship but to the ship. Or sending stuff back from a higher point.

    I think it would be fun to get more tools like this. Would be even cooler if you could attatch loot to the zipline and send it sliding down. Game changer.

    Here me out, a zip line turret, mounted in the crow's nest? Rope is able to be cut with a sword, but same mechanics as you mentioned.

    Or a swing shot weapon tool that lets you swing on a rope (Firing the weapon activates the swing shot rope, firing again, detaches you and reels in the rope. Plus 2 additional buttons to climb or slide down the rope)

    Zip line turret sounds a bit out there lol. The rope attach to someone like a bungee i bet wouldn't happen cuz you can already harpoon grab another player. A rope from a crows nest probably wouldn't happen either can you can already slide down the ladder that goes to the crows nest.
