Sudden rubber-banding?

    I haven't been playing much over recent months, but the last few days I came back to see this rubber-banding/stuttering... whatever you might want to call it :)

    Has anyone experienced this recently? No major changes to my system in quite some time (still on Win 10, latest Nvidia drivers, 2080, 32gb RAM, 9900k, nvme SSD).

    Any thoughts?

    @lethality1 Adding more info... this does not occur in the Insider build. It does occur in the Maiden Voyage. It happens as soon as I log on, doesn't build up over time.

    For those following along, updating to the latest drivers (Nvidia, released today) fixed the issue.

    This problem can be caused by server issues OR problems with your local internet service, but I too have noticed more of this in the last patch, so I'm thinking there's server problems.
