Honestly, I had forgotten this was even going on today, my friend and I were just gonna set out and do a tall tale only to find this wonderful error.

Learning from previous mistakes is a valuable life skill. There shouldn't be a large population of the playerbase that is unable to play the game every time there's a game event that pulls in a large number of players all at the same time.

servers are not doing to well.

I made it in first try on xbox servers then went to hop on all because I didn't know there was a problem and now I'm stuck out

when they will fix the servers?

I feel bad, i gave my supplies and some treasure to a guy before logging off right before Strawberry beard... I hope the servers are getting back online soon, but if not, it was to be expected. Don't blame Rare tho, they seem to do their best.

What is the point Rare? Looking for easter eggs at the loading screen while we are getting Strawberry Beard error?

No problem guys, tomorrow you will recieve 50 doubloons as apology and next week a new ship at the emporium for 40$. Fixing servers? Nah, better developing skins while servers are pure garbage :)

Wanted to get on and add to my emissary since it resets in a day as well as getting golden hour but I guess it will just have to wait.

It's not about blame, it's about responsibility - the servers are run/owned/operated by RARE so it sits firmly with them.

After 2 hrs of trying to log in and getting continuous 'Strawberrybeard' at 'Loading supplies' I give up.

The thing that irks is I know that overall, the Devs will see this as a success and give little if any 'care' about all the players who couldn't log in.

For 'care' insert alternative word of choice.

Even if you extend the event's duration I won't be able to play tomorrow. I was waiting for this event, I wanted to make gold and maybe even find the Deckhand sails and obtain a capstan. I'm very frustrated... Please don't bother giving 50k gold as an apology. Either give 1M gold or rerun this event for the next weekend.

Thanks Rare. I've been waiting all day to get Golden Hour, but only got Strawberrybeard. Amazing Community Day!

P.S. I'm not even complaining about the closure of the Arena, it's your decision and i can understand it, but I can't understand why you can't just make the game work stably. I just wanted to have a good time in the game today with my friends, celebrating this event.

Hey guys were gonna hold a community event on 01-30-22. On a side note were gonna close arena, on a side side note were gonna give all of you no time to finish any of the commendations that are attached to it.

Ps. Anyone that's not level 50 in arena at the second of this announcement guess what we did. :)
