New Pirate Curse

    Ahoy again Pirates, and blessed seas to you and your crew!

    Sailors irl had to deal with many hardships along voyages. One of which was the disease of scurvy.

    It would be cool to see a new pirate curse in the form of scurvy. In severe cases the victim of this horrible disease would lose teeth and have large skin sores and loss of hair and even skin!

    For those who like zombies, this disease could be a way to flaunt a half dead appearance.

    Maybe the curse could also introduce a new tall tale where FlameHearts minions are being resurrected throughout the world with this Scurvy Curse and present new boss battles.

    Either way, I look forward to more curses in the future and I hope all you Pirates are having a great weekend, CHEERS!

    The tall tale part of this is pretty cool, I do love me some tall tales, but wouldn't scurvy be bad for you? I mean, I know it's a game, but there should be some kind of downside to having scurvy, like you cant eat certain foods, you're slower, you throw up all the time, stuff like that maybe? But something else you could do is make it so it would be harder to kill you, because if you're a zombie, it should be harder to kill you, right? it would need to be kinda balanced if they decided to do more than just cosmetics.

    Also, what a10dr750 was saying would be a good way to avoid scurvy, by eating something like bananas or oranges if they added it in would prevent it, keeping you normal C:

    Our Pirates already eat plenty of Vitamin C-rich fruits, so being Scurvy-ridden wouldn't make much sense.
