I earned pirate legend rewards in the first and second season pass and I've only just got to pirate legend the other day, can I still get the rewards and if so how?

You cannot currently get the Pirate Legend cosmetics/rewards from past seasons, however, they will one day make it back into the game for you to earn/purchase... There is just no concrete info on this just yet.
But keep your eyes peeled in the future for this one!
