Missed the Omen Figure Head Drop!

@personalc0ffee would have had i known it was a thing... didn't even know it was a thing until i saw syn's video recapping it :( I need better sources. Any suggestions?

Turning notifications on for their Twitch helps as well: I got an e-mail when it started.

Didn't know what was going on though :).

I have missed out on all recent drops, unless you’re actively keeping track then you will miss them. Rare should really do more to inform players when there are drops, like putting it in the main menu when starting the game. The news section at the menu is really bad.

My omen figurehead hasn't shown up in game yet but I claimed it so we shall see how that goes

not widely advertised which has been the main criticism of it
also pretty easy to miss a drop that you may not have as it was all very unknown to us what would drop and when so people had to bounce for life reasons.

Cool event just chaotic and a lot of missed drops

The mods/people involved running the show put a great event on though and the broadcast itself was great quality
lots of effort and they did awesome on that
some fun channels got picked, it was nice to see some people get so surprised and become so happy from the attention

Heya, I believe we met in open crew once. Did that Omen figurehead come through yet?, I'm still missing about 8 in game I definitely claimed :(

I had to contact support with my evidence. I got kind of a generic "this is a one time fix we will offer" thing which is odd considering everything on my end was done properly but it did have to be manually added and they did do it. It was also done within a couple hours if I remember right so that was nice of them.

I would include the screenshot of your item being claimed and that you waited 72 hours as recommended and it shouldn't be a problem getting added

and Hi if we did or didn't play together. I used to play a lot of open crew brig so it's certainly possible

Thanks for the info. I did reply to their email with attached evidence screenshots yesterday but haven't had a reply yet. Maybe they've got a few to go through.

Did you post screenshots to the site ticket or attach them in an email reply? I'm getting a bit worried now lol!
