Hey everyone, quick question: how do I claim my emissary ledger reward cosmetics?
I finished in the top tier of Merchants, Gold Hoarders and Order of Souls last month, and after a couple of days the rewards showed up in the respective companies' "Reputation" information as "Previously rewarded" - yet they are unavailable in my ship cosmetic customization chest.
Clearly I'm missing a step somewhere to activate or claim these rewards.
Any help would be appreciated!
They should be added to your chest automatically within 72hrs. The ones I earned last month are showing up in this site's "My Chest" list (I can't check in game right now) but you could double check that they are there or look through the in game chest again to make sure you didn't miss it. If they aren't there, you need to contact support.

To add to @d3adst1ck's awesome advice, you can also visit https://www.seaofthieves.com/leaderboards to confirm your positioning and rewards you should have gotten for the "previous" month and standing in the "current" month.

I have already done that, the leaderboards say I should have the rewards, yet they are not available in my ship customization chest.
If this forum would allow me to post screenshots, I could show you.
All the rewards show up in game as "Previous" with a little green check mark when I examine the ledgers through the company reputation page.
Ditto when I go through the leaderboard link you posted above (which I had already verified before my first post)
When I go to the ship customization chest at the shipwright - none of the items from the ledgers are available to use.
Ditto when I go to "My Pirate - My Chest" on this website - none of the items from https://www.seaofthieves.com/leaderboards marked as "Previous" with a green check mark show up in my chest.

The "Support" page keeps giving me the run around and looping me back to the FAQ.
I cannot find an "open ticket" or "submit request" option anywhere...

You'd think they'd have a big obvious "SUBMIT TICKET" button somewhere, but I couldn't find it for the life of me, and I still can't find any way to get to the link you guys gave me from the website UI :(

Wow, what terrible design!
The button doesn't even show up until I click on an article!!! (which I didn't do, because I already knew none of them addressed this issue)
Context dependent hidden conditional UI is pretty much the biggest sin in UX!
