I've just gotten to level 50 in three company's and im not unlocking the shanty for the hideout. I have talked to the mysterious stranger and he has only given me the basic dialogue.
Not unlocking Pirate legend
@redturtleman769 Make sure you have purchased the Level 50 promotion from each of the companies you've hit 50 in.

As was stated above this, please make sure to have purchased all of your upgrade titles from the factions with which you have reached rank 50. After doing so you will be able to talk to the Mysterious Stranger to receive your Pirate Legend status.
