Siren/Mermaid Npc concept

    While I was doing cargo runs, I had realized that I had too many tridents that I had no use for whatsoever.

    ︎My idea was that there should be a Siren or Mermaid Npc in which you can sell coral treasure, tridents of dark tides, mermaid gems, or any new stuff Sea of Thieves plans to add underwater.

    ︎I think this would allow for more ways of grinding gold and/or doubloons.
    ︎
    ︎the Npcs would be around islands like mermaid's hideaway, with some sort of hidden-ish area on the island.

    wouldn't be surprised if they are able to be sold eventually like ammo

    fairly indifferent on it but I'd rather see them being used than sold

    maybe they can add a combine option to where people can combine piles into one so it'll last longer

    would be fun to have mighty tridents that will last much longer based on session activity

    If they make them sell-able, they'll have to remove the ability to store them in the mermaid statues then from treasuries and such.

    There's a reason kegs sell for so little and don't have any dedicated commendations for being sold- they're meant to be used.
    That being said, the overabundance of tridents is quite annoying. I think they should just be less common to find randomly from megs, skelly ships, ect...
