Simple suggestion.
Give us a toggle for male or female on the pirate generator. It would give us the ability to have nothing but the gender we want to play generated instead of having to scroll for hours XD

@mepandreamr that would be the only thing I'd change for the character generator as well...even if I don't need it anymore, as I have my perfect pirate since release, just took me about 40 minutes to find it

@calico-jack3172 indeed, as @otherfanboy has said you can buy a potion for a few ancient coins that will let you change the appearance of your pirate.
You don't even need to pay real money for it, as the rewards from the season will give you enough I believe if you get through to level 100.

I think I literally took one of the few male ones on offer on the second or third reroll.

Without buying the plunder pass you get 250AC from seasonal progression, with plunder pass another 250AC
I'm against the idea simply for what it might lead to in the future. Sure, it might be nice to have, but if implemented, we might start hearing requests to make it more gender-fluid, or perhaps we'll start getting more requests for other unnecesarily overt features. I say, just keep rolling if you're not happy.

I agree with you on all things but the gender of the pirate, I feel like many people want to play a specific gender more than any other option.

same! I spent so much time in the generator! at minimum it was 40 mins. But my Pirate is perfect
