Hi not sure if this is right to place to post this but I have done Cursed Rogue Tall Tale about 9 times, 5 of those the skeleton captain did not spawn on the island - and yes 100% sure I was on the correct island. On Plunder Valley can actually hear the skeleton captain talking but it does not appear. I have completed the Cursed Rogue Tall 4 out of 5 times but its starting to feel like groundhog day with the skeleton captain not spawning - had to cancel this at least 5 times to reset to get an island that skeleton captain does spawn.
Please Fix - this would def turn new players off.
Bug Report - Cursed Rogue Tall Tell Broken
@blip-555 the Plunder Valley captain confused me at first. He's actually in the cave below you. I was hearing him as I was exploring the island, but go deep into the caves below and you'll find him.

This was my first thought what might have happen...you hear these skellies from pretty far away
@schwammlgott yep. You can hear the skeleton captain up the top of the hill, but it's in the cave room with the skeletons puzzle. Every time, same location.

Not everytime...I had them in front of this statue almost on top a couple of times
