Is Crosshair X against TOS?
@jmx1258 One is hardware and the other one hooks into the game render pipeline through software.
Anyways, you asked a question and I answered it. It doesn't matter what you think is the same or different or should be allowed. The answer is that having an overlay hooking into the game is potentially bannable.
@d3adst1ck Well thanks for your feedback. I was asking a question and I wasn't saying whether I not I thought they were the same. I was asking another question....

his programme get you banned?@jmx1258 my best advice is to open a support ticket and ask there. There are way too many different apps to post a list about each one for each game from a company.
My vote would be those are just fine, it doesn't touch the game program, memory, network communication, or game inputs.
That being said, Rare support will give you the best and only answer that really matters.

Personally I play in hard mode where I get these little specks on my screen of dust or dirt that make me see birds that aren't there and make even worse shots than I already do
Omg you too?!
If there's one thing SoT is very good at, is letting me know if I need to wipe down my monitor.
Get some poster sticky or a little bit of silly putty put it where the cross hairs would go 😜
Well, the way I see it is that unless Rare said it’s not allowed it would be fine. Crosshairs X is a widget for the Xbox Game Bar on PC. It doesn’t interact with the game at all, it just puts a dot or an x wherever you want on your monitor.
I think the only thing a crosshair would be helpful for is harpoon.

If your monitor has crosshair, you can use it. Is not a 3rd program and nobody can check if you are using it or not unless you are streaming.
