I haven't gotten credit for the 'finish in the top tier of an emissary ledger' and the one (actually it shows up in two deeds) for inspecting the unique paintings (snake isle, plunger valley, or thieves haven) or reading the name plate at Shipwreck Bay.
I received the achievement for finishing in the top tier on both 8/1 and 9/2 (which i believe were both in Season 3) so its not clear why this isn't processing - the achievement system did it correctly.
Is this a known issue or should I submit a ticket?
