Recently i've been trying to participate in some competitions and giveaways made by the community, but most part of the rewards are Obsidian 6 pack or Obsidian Capstan, which both items i already have.
So, if i manage to get another Obisidian 6 Pack or Obsidian Capstan, can i sell them to another person?

Selling in-game merchandise is against tos.
Rare turned off all codes a while ago to cut down on people selling on eBay and other sites. All official giveaways such as the sotshots, forum competitions and partner giveaways don’t use codes anymore, they take your gamertag and rare adds it directly to your account.
These giveaways also won’t wait for you to find a buyer, nor will let you if they know what you’re doing.

But the older codes can't be unusuable right? - I mean, if someone has one and sits on it for awhile then decide to use it, it gotta have to work.....
Surely anyone who disagrees with this can see why Rare, with their cosmetic shop to buy things with real money, wouldn't want folk from making profit from codes given away essentially for free.
Why should folk make money that Rare don't see for their hard work?
If folks are sitting on codes like the ferryman set or obsidian then at this stage 3 years later they're doing it for personal gain when there are pirates willing to chop their arm off for them!

Money people pay for someones ferryman set is money they won't be spending on something that is in the emporium.
Being honest, is really sad being unable to sell in-game items. I will probably stop trying to join competitions and this kind of stuff. For now i'm only interest in NAL and Sea of Champions because their exclusive sails, besides that, all the community events are dead for me. No reason at all to participate at them Sadge.

This means you can't charge money in exchange for your Item, post it on a site that requires subscription or other fees to view the Item, or post it on a page you use to sell other items or services(even if they have nothing to do with Game Content or Microsoft). You also can't use Game Content in an app that you sell in an app store.”
