I've been leveling up my Hunter's Call reputation and I noticed over the last 2 months that I cannot purchase the Bilge Rats' Letter of Culinary Recommendation. I recall that the Letters of Recommendation were limited to one per month unless you were max level in the trading companies' reputation. But after at least 2 months and only being level 31 in the Hunter's Call, I've not been able to purchase a single LoR to help grind this Trading Company. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
