Never heard anyone get put into a server like that, do you have a VPN or accidentally joined a friend?
stop putting people on foreign servers. cant speak the languages and the ping is high

Seriously, online games are not "easy" to code for (it's pretty much a miracle that they work as well as they do in most cases) and sometimes they have bad performance for a short time.
However, if the ping is always that high for you, there's an issue with your internet connection. 1500 ping is certainly not normal, even on servers on the other side of the world. On EU servers (my local servers), I get 40-60 on average. On US/NA servers I get around 100-150... Which only happens if I do Open Crew or join friends from the US. Only when there are server issues do I get worse - I've seen spikes of 800 when the game is having server issues, but I'd just hop server in that case.
Regarding languages, if you do closed crew, you are put on servers in your region. Filtering by language just isn't practical in most cases, as frustrating as language barriers can be.

My favorite open crews have all been with people that don't speak my language or barely do.
Ping can be an issue at times but I find it far more of an adventure to play with people from all over where communication is limited and we are all playing on instincts
I've played 5 hours with people I didn't understand at all and with people that never said anything from different areas and it's fascinating and wholesome to me
Closed crew often puts people on decent servers for them but for open crews throw me on any crew from any area. I dig it
