PvEr's are at a distinct disadvantage against PvPr's because while you only need access to 4 things to PVP (wood, canonballs, food, and bucket), you need access to all things quest related on your controller for PvE. This puts the ones doing PvE at a distinct disadvantage that cannot be overcome by "getting gud".
There are more than enough challenges now for PvEr's with the new content we don't need the addition of PvPr's outpost camping to sink us just as we are about to cash in our hard earned loot. Nothing would be hurt by packing all the ones wanting PvP into their own server. Far from it they would get more of a challenge.
This is why Sea of thieves needs PvE servers for progression.
