Where's the stuff you buy from the merchant alliance? Does it even spawn at all?

    Title. The other day I bought a storage crate before logging off and it didn't appear. Now I bought the entire [Mod edit] stock of sugar and I can't find it. Should it be on my ship? Anywhere in the outpost? In my hands?

    @khalmika Talk to the Merchant vendor again, you should be able to 'Collect' the items.

    Look at the Merchant. It will tell you what to do. On PC it is F to pick up crates.

    Purchasing the crate just gets you a token for it. You have to redeem it at the merchant to be given the crate in-game.

    That tripped me up a few times. Especially when you take the quest to fetch animals, you have to redeem the quest first to get the crates you need.
