New Bosses!

  • I have a few boss fight ideas I think would be great. I'll just list them. A Crab,Serpent and a boss you have to summon.(I'll explain the summoning one.) So basically what you do for the summoning one is you die to a meg and get a light and a Kraken (Maybe) To get a light sort of like the FOTD. But once you get those two lights you grab a ritual skull and you go to a place in the sea you light them and throw the ritual skull in the water. The water drains and you have the ultimate boss. (Just an idea)

    An issue would be getting a light from a Kraken without losing the ship, or at all given how infrequently I have seen her recently.

    It's never a bad thing to have more enemies or bosses though!

  • @sshteeve Yes but if you lose the ship you can still die to the Kraken. Also this is what would make the boss such a challenge.

  • @aydavo But how could you keep all of the flames you need?
    you could get the Meg flame - die to the kraken, then only have the kraken flame if the ship sunk.

    But it's a random, emergent threat.
    I'm not trying to be pedantic, it's just that unless the game is significantly changed in this respect the idea wouldn't work with lanterns.

  • And that's not to say it isn't a bad idea either!
    Its a good idea, just needs a tweak.
