I just fought Flameheart and while selling the loot afterwards had to discover that neither the storage crate of the damned nor the ashes of the damned gave me any money or reputation.
The other items of the damned did pay like normal only merchants seem to not give any rewards for them anymore.

I had a stack of the storage crates after TT5 and didn't get money for selling them. Figured it was because it was from the TT.
