Leave the Game!

    So, while sailing with friends I have noticed an unfortunate phenomenon. When pirates leave, they have an annoying habit of dashboarding and choosing Quit, turning off their console, hitting the ❎ in the upper right corner, or hitting alt+F4.

    DON'T DO THAT!

    Instead, open up the in-game menu, and choose Leave Game. This way, the game actually recognizes that you purposefully meant to leave the game. If you don't do this, your pirate gets put into a 10-minute holding queue where I can't invite anyone else. So for 10 minutes, I'm sailing inefficiently, and we all know that I can't have that!

    So, show your crew some courtesy the next time you leave, and do it correctly!

    Also, don't forget to unload your inventory of supplies before exiting. Not doing that's just adding saltwater to the wound... 🙄

    who doesn't love someone that comes in instantly fills up with cursed balls, fish, pineapples and climbs to the crow's just to ring the bell a few minutes than leaves the game in the most annoying way possible?

    If they have their static sounding mic on 24/7 and are making sniffing noises or loudly typing or listening to music it makes it even better

    @wolfmanbush Those are the people I go to recent players and hit block, in order to not be paired again.

    PC players rarely use Alt F4 as their means to leave games. Unless you catch them rage quiting.

    Though I do stand by it is nice if you leave the game properly.
