Unable to Open Athena's Fortune Hideout

    I am a Pirate Legend and have opened and visited Athena's Fortune quite sometime.
    Since last month, I am unable to open the gates to the hideout.
    I tried with various shanties, restarting the game, server hopping and even re-installed the game, but no effect.
    I don't know if this is the right place, Please guide me to the right place.

    @jaijugganaut you don't choose a shanty to open the hideout...just go to the trapdoor and play...the shanty to open and the "we shall sail together" shanty are different...
