Emissary Value Figurehead/Hull

    I reached the required emissary value for all rewards in Reaper's, Gold Accumulators, Merchant Alliance and Order of Souls but did not receive an Order of Souls figurehead and Merchant Alliance, why?

    It's an ever changing requirement not a set amount are you sure you were top tier at closing of the ledger?

    People compete all month so you can get kicked off if you don't give yourself wiggle room

    Like @wolfmanbush said, you need to be in the top tier at the close of the month.

    You can check what tier you ended the month at here. If that shows that you ended in the top tier but you still didn’t get your rewards, contact support here.

    @aribalam Aye! Especially be mindful of your position when there is a (surprise) double gold & XP weekend just before the closing of the ledger.

    If you were in the appropriate tier, submit a ticket. Emissary Rewards are added manually so it's possible you were missed, it's definitely been more than 72 hours lol.
