Searching the seas Cinnamon beard error 2021

I was wondering if anyone had any insight on the 'searching the seas' issue. All the time and constantly I am stuck on searching the seas and then I get the cinnamon beard error. When I google the error the solution is reset the game and your PC which I do but the same thing happens so I reset it again and I repeat this but nothing happens. I've updated my PC to the latest version of windows I always check if theirs an update for sea of thieves and I always check twitter to see if the server is down. Is this common with PC players in the community? Do you guys get stuck in this screen or can you find a game straight away? I know the servers are populated and the game is very popular so I don't think the servers are dead. Does anyone know a permanent fix for this issue. Thanks.
