Ahoy! Yesterday evening my crew and I were part of a 3 ship alliance doing vaults and FOTD, when we sold we would receive the notification it had been sold but no rep or gold. This has happened to us before but we figured it would resolve itself. We still haven’t received it fourteen hours later. Is this isolated or are you guys having the same issues?
Not earning gold, anyone else having this issue?
most people are dealing with it from what I've seen and it's been acknowledged as an issue on their twitter
this is very common during double gold weekends and most of the time things get worked out and people eventually get their stuff
There have been a few times where people did not get their stuff but it's not often. The best way imo to handle this is to just play how you regularly play and whatever happens happens. It's out of your hands.
If you do these massive double gold weekend hauls while these issues are happening there is always a small chance that you won't get it so keep that in mind when making decisions and do whatever is best for you and your schedule.
Yes, last night we had this issue with not getting gold or rep, even after switching servers. We did eventually get some of our gold and rep from selling to Hunter's Call - but did 2 emissaries with nothing other than a notification that it was sold. I checked just now, we still have not received anything. I have also read that this is a common issue that "may" resolve itself. Seems like a poorly designed server stress test in disguise if you ask me. Oh well, I'm sure we'll still play it out the rest of the weekend regardless.
Yep, same issue here. We were Reaper's emissary level 5, had taken out a couple other ships and gotten their loot, and had gotten our own loot as well. We had an found an Ashen's chest, and then found an Ashen's Key Master so we could open it, as well as a reapers chest and some skulls I'm not recollecting at the moment.
We only received 19,000 gold for everything, as only a couple of our items were actually counted (a stolen reaper's flag being one of them). Needless to say, we were pretty mad and missed out on almost ALL of our gold for the night. As my first time flying the emissary 5 flag for Reaper's, I am still pretty mad about it. This is NOT professional and this is whole "you might get it eventually" thing is not how devs should be handling this issue. There needs to be a ticket system where players can report their earnings they didn't receive. I literally have a video of me selling the back half of our loot and not getting gold for it. But will I ever see the return for the time invested, even with video proof? If the answer is no, then there's no reason to ever play the game again. Plain and simple.
