What if Merchant Emmisaries could have in their Comoddity item one Random Unique Item List with a really high cost but a higher sell value so it's worth to sell it in some special random place or another outpost, that would create some new feeling that there are more valuables items beside athena chests.

Some Special big Gem: maybe this gem could be shinier than other and need a special little box to hide it's special glow, otherwise other pirate will notice there is
a special gem on board, with the little box also you can fool people, you can place Special gems in normal container chests as well so if they spotted you gem you can always put it in another chest.
Unique Chest: special merchant chests it counts how many have you selled and let you buy one more each time.
box of weapons: it let you change weapons on the spot
all of these should be high value rare items that are not always available so that create a different opportunity for make money get fun and more importantly encourage you to be a merchant.
