Ive sailed as level V merchant and sold at the right outpost the crates they have shortage of, 7 crates each time but my Master of shifter stock only increases 3 per outpost so i get “shifted” 4 per sale making this grind even worst.
Master of shifted stock increases only 3 at the time

Only the ones you buy at a low price (where there is a surplus) count.
