    I do not know if it is a bug but today I completed seabound soul to get the sails, I saw the guide on YouTube and when I finished it I saw that I did not complete "a rise in power" it comes out 1/3 and I repeated the mission 3 times and did all the steps of the guide and it didn't work for me, I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or it's a bug

    I don’t know if the guide you saw included this, but you also need to find all five journals.

    If you have found all five journals, and done the tall tale three times, you will have unlocked the Fire and Ash and commendation. If you haven’t unlocked this commendation, look back at what you need to do. If you have unlocked the commendation and you still haven’t received the sails, raise a support ticket with rare here.
