Me and my friend are trying to do the Revenge of the Morningstar Tall Tale, and for some reason the skeleton captain on Cannon Cove will not spawn in. We have tried two separate play sessions and both times we encountered this issue. Has anyone else had this problem? Or have any solutions been figured out? Please fix soon as possible!
