Recycling Monetary Cosmetics

I like the idea of if you miss in game time limited cosmetics there is a chance to see it show back up for a twitch drop, Xbox reward or a stream giveaway. I also can see if you didn’t complete the events to get cosmetics for free it can become available later in the emporium for Ancient Coin. What I disagree with however, is when you purchase something from the emporium then see it show up in plunder pass after having purchased that as well. We are literally getting nothing for our plunder pass when we run across recycled cosmetics from the emporium, we already own them. My suggestion is to add some type of reward (I would go with ancient coin) for those that have paid for these items already or come up with new cosmetics for ALL cosmetic tiers that are not offered in the emporium rather pass only.
