I recently bought Amazon prime a few weeks ago and when I tried to link it, it linked. But when I went to collect my reward at the prime gaming website, It said that I have to link my game account. I clicked the link and it sent me to sea of thieves' website where my account looked linked. I returned to Prime gaming website but my account looked not linked. It said that "when the linking process is complete, you will be returned to prime gaming's website" where I could collect my reward. I left my pc running trough out the night hoping the "process" would finish but It didn't. I tried it over and over again but couldn't manage to succeed.

When you go to this page and scroll to the bottom, does it show both your twitch and amazon accounts?
it goes from game priming to https://www.seaofthieves.com via "?signupFlow=PrimeGaming", but nothing happens, it just display Sea of Thieves landing page.
@d3adst1ck No, it just says that the accounts have been linked, when you exit the popup it just returns you to the Prime Gaming webpage where it tells you that your accounts aparently aren't linked
Hi, I’ve tried to do this for both my son’s accounts. We have spent hours and hours and even sent an email to the the support team still waiting for a reply. It’s a touch irresponsible of RARE, as if anything is going to encourage people to lie about their age in order to get free stuff.
In short if you have a TEEN Account you won’t see the next button on the Sea of Thieves page. When I signed in with my adult Microsoft account. There are extra buttons. Including “Next” in the bottom left in grey which allows you to progress after you’ve linked the amazon accounts. As a TEEN account you can link the amazon prime account but you can’t press Next to proceed (as the button isn’t there) and the only way out of the linking screen is the “x” in the top right corner which cancels the process. Sorry to break the bad news and I expect people are going to start lying about their age on their gaming accounts and compromising their safety.Im starting to think nobody has bean able to get this to work or at the very least the amount of people who can get it to work are just veeeeeeeeeeerrrry lucky so Rare please get in touch with Twitch/amazon to get this fixed! I missed the first reward because it wouldnt work and now the second reward is happening the same way. I would like to eventually have one of these prime loots at some point but as it currently is its not possible.

But the language switcher is hidden away like some kind of treasure chest... how about to duplicate this thing in other menu like user's settings?
I have managed to fix this when it happend to me, go on to the sea of thieves website, the click your profile picture, then my account, then scroll down to the linked accounts, “unlink” the Amazon one and then re link it, this worked for me and I was able to claim the latest reward, hope this helps :)
