Man O War

They've said for a number of reasons that there won't be a player ship option larger than Galleon to choose from, and even the Lore in game cements that ships larger than the Galleon get destroyed entering the Sea of Thieves.

Best we can hope for is an Emergent Threat AI like a Skelly Man O' War that players could fight against, then commandeer and use until it sinks.

Not needed, plus that would make it so much worse for solo sloops

As cool as a Man O War Ship would be to sail on or even see, it would be completely OP and would never work in this game.

As a PvP player, I would feel bad for Solo Sloopers. Even a deadly 2 Man Sloop Crew which is one of the hardest Duo's to beat would have issues with this as even a Competent normal Gally Crew is challenging to sink, nevermind an 8 Man Boat lol

No. The boats are fine the way they are.

Why do you need more than 4 players on a boat for?? What purpose would this serve?

Well I have about 20 other crew mates that I sail with , but we all rotate in and out. A Good 4 Man Gally Crew is already powerful enough. We need to get back to 6 Boats Per Server and fix tons of bug issues first before Rare even thinks about bringing in another boat size.

Like I said, it would be cool to see some time of Man O War Ship, but it would not work in this game

Bad idea, would be too broken and unfair to sloops as they’re already at a huge disadvantage to the galleon and brig already.

3 player Carrack (Brig Reskin)
2 player Caravel (sloop reskin)

When logging in you choose the ship you're want.

Could be another gold sink.
