Anyone know why it says, I have No pirate I bought the game on xbox one, and play it on pc, my achievements are linked and twitch, but I can't see event maps?

Anyone know why it says, I have No pirate on Event screen, I bought the game on xbox one, and play it on pc, my achievements are linked and twitch, but I can't see event maps? how would I go about fixing this?
