gotta choose performance or peacocking I always say
the cosmetics in this game are generally very loud and very distracting. Most of them are not good choices to use for serious business. People could make arguments that most of them are difficult to perform with so rather than tinkering I think people should just have to choose or adapt
Yea that glitterbeard one is annoying as hell. - I would like them to fade of faster or as you said, a setting were you can lower the visual on it. (or a forced one so it's the same for everybody)
The argument: "but then people will just remove it while alot don't know that you can lower it...." - Is much like the water detail setting, having on rare....or worse then it's hard to see through the water haha.
