How comes everything but these two can be leveled on the black market? You want this to change or expect it to?

No need to bring unnecessary conversations to a group post of a completely different matter.Reaper would make sense, however, Athena would make it ridiculously easy and let people finish the game extremely quickly, do you know how many athenas it takes to get 19 to 20? Otherwise people would just press a click of a button and there goes months of hard work and the feeling of deserving something in the bin.
@coolguy56562 I agree but they basically already did that with pirate legend. Would totally make sense for reapers and Athena lvls to come at a higher price

They could balance it with a different price. Previously I remember suggesting 1k doubloons a level I believe. Fair enough considering the time consumption of each level from 10-20.
Reaper I don’t believe needs one. They just need to incentivize people to run emissary flags more often. The whole faction is about hunting other players, not buying your way to the top.

Athenas is only 20 levels and was only 10 to start
Maxed out athenas over a year or a year and a half without even having to play doesn't seem like something that makes any sense to me
Merchant, gold, and order are so easy to level it doesn't matter much but I don't see it as a beneficial feature to the game
I don't like Hunter's being in there as it's the least cheesed grindiest faction in the game and being able to buy levels weakens that purity
Reapers might be lore related I dunno
@wolfmanbush Athena being the same thing I did for 3 others makes it a little tedious. Hopefully gets some type of new quests for it eventually
