I'd like to suggest a toggle option, at the "your crew" menu, allowing players to opt in/out of Team Damage. Players with this option enabled would be able to collide and deal damage with weapons to other crewmates who also have this option enabled.
Like the other options in the "your crew" menu, this toggle would automatically reset to Off upon entering a new game/crew, and would always had to be manually set to On whenever the player wished to agreeably battle their own crew. And by requiring all involved players having to toggle the option On, this would prevent griefers from dealing damage to players who do not wish to take part into fights.
For a long time I've wanted to be able to practice fights or simply warm up without having to rely on alliances, nor having the stress and adrenaline of a real encounter. This is already doable in the game, but requires crews to form alliances or join the same server in different crews. Having this option available would add a significant quality of life feature to the game.
