We cant set 120 FOV in game, but some people have it. It is cheating? Can you get banned for it?

@aribalam it is done using the editing of game files, Rare has spoken out on this and the editing of game files in order to gain an advantage or exploit a mechanic is bannable.
And yes, this includes changing of FOV

Because its only possible with Steam Version its unfair advantage.
People should be warned and banned if they dont change it back or Rare should make it available to everyone.
